When I started this brokerage, what mattered most to me was independence. I could do my own thing, in my own time. The only limits were the ones I set for myself. I worked for everything I built, and that experience shaped what I wanted this place to become.
Going forward, I want the people who join me to have that same opportunity.
What This Means to Me
For years, I've given my time to local food charities and a fishing nonprofit. It's how I try to show up for people.
I want to bring that same mindset here. My goal is to invest real time with the people who join this brokerage, working alongside them to grow their business and, just as important, to grow themselves. You're not a number to me, you're family.
